Donyx is expanding its wR-series with the new model — the wRS, a compact industrial wired router with SFP support designed for reliable fiber-optic connectivity and cost-effective VPN deployment.
The wRS offers solid performance and versatile connectivity for enterprise and industrial environments, combining robust hardware with a wide range of networking features.

Powered by a dual-core 880 MHz MIPS processor with 256 MB RAM and 32 MB flash storage, the wRS delivers reliable routing performance and supports hardware-accelerated VPN tunnels, making it a cost-effective gateway for secure remote access and site-to-site connectivity.
The router is an ideal solution for enterprise branch offices, retail networks, building management systems, remote monitoring, and modernization of legacy wired infrastructure. Support for passive PoE-in and PoE-out significantly simplifies deployment in locations without direct access to power outlets.
The planned release date is the first quarter of 2027.
